Do any Amish horror stories exist? I don't know what to say.

Well Dr Strange found the horror link. Who knew there was such a big market for Amish?

I don't know what to say. Great finds, Dr. S! Silly me, it didn't cross my mind to research further than "Amish ghost stories".

I made 100 posts...in 12 days. I hope it's not a record. Embarrassing. I'll behave in future. I blame the Amish.

Those are hilarious, Dr Strange! Now we know the identity of the Guy N. Smith of Amish horror--a sub-genre I didn't even know existed when I woke up this morning!
cheers, Hel

Do any Amish horror stories exist? I don't know what to say. I just might have to read one of these. I live about a half hour away from the heart of Pennsylvania's Amish country, but I don't have any experience with extraterrestrial Amish folk. I thought the guilty pleasure 1989 horror film Warlock (with Julian Sands as the title villain and Richard E. Grant as the witch-hunter) included an Amish character, but it turns out he was a Mennonite.

Completely off-topic for this thread--or just about anything, but here's a cutesy-poo y.t. video about killer stairs in Victorian England: www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1vqQi5Tl70H.

Well this thread wasn't a complete waste of time; we learnt about Amish vampires, and zombies, and werewolves wearing braces (or is it suspenders?), and killer stairs as well.

Every day is a school day in the Vault of Evil. But the question is: Are you the good or bad teacher? I have my own theory about this... Being infinitely wise and a Master of the Mystic Arts you should be good, but good can be corrupted...
