A Ghostly Company is having a 'Black Pilgrimage' to Bristol in the near-ish future and are looking for suggestions for supernatural tales set in and around that lovely city. Offhand I can only come up with Ramsey's Brichester tales, and Munby's "Herodes Redivivus". All suggestions will be welcome and I'll pass them on to the powers-that-be.

I think this chap may be able to help! Nothing So Appalling Has Ever Come Out of BristolSee also the same author's Nine Death's Of Dr. Valentine (admittedly, more of a horrific title), also F. G. Loring's The Tomb Of Sarah, John Masefield's Anty Bligh, Stephen Volk's Easter ...

You should try to persuade John and Thana to put on one of their splendid performances!

You should try to persuade John and Thana to put on one of their splendid performances! Thanks Ramsey. That sounds ideal. I've given John's email address to the powers-that-be in A Ghostly Company, so hopefully they'll follow it up. Good to see you and Jenny in Liverpool, by the way.
