inquiry on the Vault 'site' from a fellow named Thomas
"My wife has spent a better part of the last few years trying to find a book of ghost stories she read in the 5th grade or so (@1980). All she can remember is the cover, which was of a dinner/banquet scene in an Gorey/Addams style and wrapped around the hardcover. She also seems to recall an Irish story about Dooley? and a "little man" (pretty uncommon for Irish stories, I suppose). If you guys have ANY idea, please let me know. Thanks, Thomas"

There's a fantastic banquet scene on the cover of Richard Lupoff's CLAREMONT TALES but I suspect that's 20 years too late. Maybe another of his books?
