Barbara Hambly - Traveling with the Dead (Del Rey/Ballantine, 1995, hc; this edition pb 1996)  The second novel of the "James Asher Chronicles". After a 7 years hiatus the next story of our heroes, the now in 1908 Edwardian secret agent James Asher, his wife Lydia and the immortal vampire Don Simon Ysidro tackle their next case.
The series was continued 15 years later in 2010, this time by Severn House, which became Hambly's publisher in the new millennium.
