Michael Romkey - Vampire Hunter (Facett Gold Medal, 1999, pb, 308 pages)  
Part 5 of a loose series started in 1990. the first novel was called I, Vampire. One of those series where every better known person from the pages of history is a vampire. In this case Mozart. Not that he is in this novel. This ditches the characters of the first parts and is just set in the same vampire-universe.
