I only read a few of these when I checked it out of the library forever ago. The Jack Ketchum story is a goofy tale about militant smokers and the Bentley Little story is a nasty 'take that' at Madonna that's really rather unpleasant.
The best that I remember is "Ruby Tuesday" by Kathe Koja, which wasn't I think properly "horror" at all--it was a story about a lonely young woman who only finds meaning in life by being part of the cult following of the film
Ruby Tuesday. It was sad and haunting.
