Poppy Z. Brite - The Lazarus Heart (HarperPrism, 1998, 213 pages) As writers with an affinity to the short-lived franchise are concerned, Poppy Z. Brite is not a bad choice. As I wrote in another post, I didn't thought much of The Crow, but at the time I bought novelizations often as a matter of fact. So this is another one which collects dust. Like a few of the others it is done as a tradepaperback, which at the time was something rather new.
