Brian Lumley - Necroscope: The Lost Years Vol. I (Tor Books, 1995, hc, NEL 1996, posted edition Tor Books, 1996, 593 pages) A gap in continuity provided Lumley with enough space for two further novels in his series. The covers are a severe disappointment, though. This is basically the cover of the first novel, only a bit tinkered with. The second part was released a year later with the same design.
Brian Lumley - Necroscope: The Lost Years Vol. II (Tor Books, 1996, hc, NEL 1997, posted edition Tor Books, 1997, 469 pages)
With this novels Lumley went to Hodder & Stoughton in hardcover and NEL in paperback in the UK.

Sounds like Lumley might have been a fan of the Subspecies series...

Sounds like Lumley might have been a fan of the Subspecies series... I know it is considered trash, but I am the proud owner of the DVDs. One of those low budget wonders which made more things right than wrong.

One of those low budget wonders which made more things right than wrong. It's been a few years since I saw them but I remember being generally a fan and that the second was particularly good. Not the best old Full Moon, but solid b watching that cared.
