Malzberg - Dumbarton Oaks Chelsea Quinn Yarbro - Novena Peter Straub - The Ghost VillageAnother anthology which slipped through the net or is somewhere buried in the Vault.
Started when the boom years of horror fiction were already on the decline Dell/Abyss didn't do much anthologies in its few years of existence. This is much like Etchison's earlier efforts, mostly well known writers writing about what they are interested in. There are none of those "why I wrote this story" introductions included, the information about the contributors is pretty basic.

Just picked up a copy of this a couple weeks ago. Haven't the time to dive in but I satiated myself with two short-shorts--Stab and Mutilator. The first is forgettable (an interesting idea though) and the second is RCM at his best. More to come.
