I was going to mention a flute technique, but I won't as it sounds a bit Carry On.

I wonder what strange things you are thinking about. I'm contemplating joining in on my kazoo.

So I changed my name to Annanavia, and as you know from the brief glimpses of me you have seen, we are very much alike, Vulnavia and I, only I'm sort of the opposite in one essential way: I talk all the time. How good is that you say? Just ask Doctor Strange who summoned me. Only he will have a bit of trouble answering, as he has to plug himself in to a phonograph to speak. I know some men on here would prefer that I changed my name to Vulnavia and was like her in every way, but alas for them, it is not to be.

I just realised I never did mine. Off the top of my head:
The man who builds the machine in The Legend of Hell House.
Zora Coldiron from The Spirit Hollows
Dr Phibes from the Phibes films
Lord Horatio Ripper VC with Bar from The Vault of Evil
Roderick Usher from The Fall of the House of Usher

I just though of an interesting addition to this.
What house or building, or cavern, or any other place, it doesn't really matter what it is as long as it is Fictional, would you use to host your dinner?
Like the original question it can be from a film/TV/book/comic or some such. It doesn't have to be related to any of the characters.

I'll even trim my enormous cavalry whiskers just for the occasion.

As I have a guest from each, they could also give us an interesting tour. Hmmmmm.....I'll go for Hill House, so Mrs Dudley can do the cooking and wait on table, and Dudley can open the gates and be surly.

Lufford Hall--of course, that eminent authority on the occult, Julian Karswell, and his gracious mother would act as hosts.
But watch out for the Library cat. A temper, he has.

Mrs Dudley? But you know no one will stay after dark. In the night. In the dark. And no one will hear you. No matter how loud you scream. In the night. In the dark.
Smiling, H.

That's because Mrs D wanted time and a half for working outside her contracted hours, and the stingy Sandersons wouldn't pay it. I have it on good authority she is a fully paid-up member of the A.U.C.H.H.H. That's the Amalgamated Union of Creepy Housekeepers of Haunted Houses, a small but very powerful organisation. It also explains her husband's surliness as Mrs D has been on strike in the bedroom department for years until he agrees to drop his terrible American accent and go back to wearing black.

With the flying ducks on the wall and a retouched mural to add that hint of the exotic to proceedings. Eddie Yeats can act as the footman, once he gets back from his bin round. Hilda can crack open a bottle of her finest sherry, the one she keeps for Christmas and special occasions. She will wear her best curlers, and Stan will share his fags.

Hilda was very proud of her "muriel", and one of those ducks was perpetually wonky, like it had been at Stan's stash of beer.
