(Declaration of Peace, Cessation of War, 10 articles and 38 clauses)
What is the most desire of global people? I think it is peace without any conflicts. Although most global people hope for peaceful world but there are still people suffering from war worldwide.
UN is an international organization established to prevent war and sustain peace. Even though there is a current international law but it has not done its role of preventing war. Because most articles are focused on the benefits of powerful countries the current international law cannot prevent war from arising perfectly.
DPCW to actualize world peace without conflicts
DPCW(Declaration of Peace, Cessation of War) is proclaimed to cease the war completely because the conflicts are not stopped by the current international law. People who want peace worldwide are working for making DPCW be submitted to UN to be adopted.
Shortly, we will look through what articles DPCW has and how it will work.
The articles from 1 to 5 contain how we have a friendly relationship between countries and prevent conflicts. Secondly, article 6 and 7 say if conflicts happen how we should have a resolution through UN Security Council, Inernational Court of Justice and International Organization of Justice while keeping the order of international society.
Lastly, the content of from article 8 to 10 is that in order to sustain world peace religion needs to be harmonized and united in one and so there is no more wars to happen.
Many members in HWPL are working for DPCW to become an international law with legally-binding force. In order for DPCW to be adopted as an legal document it needs to be submitted to UN General Assembly. More people are joining to work for peace worldwide from 170 countries. If DPCW will be adopted as an international legal document , war will be ceased and there will no people to suffer from the conflicts. I feel like it will be accomplished soon.
