Hi there all!
I'm a young fellow from the States that has a deep and abiding love for mouldering and ancient horror fiction, as everyone else here does as well, in addition to a yen for contemporary fare (but don't let that get out too much!). I'm an unapologetic anthology lover, in all its permutations. I think the genre is perfectly captured in the short form, so I'm a huge fan of the Amicus films, TV programs like THE TWILIGHT ZONE, radio shows (LIGHTS OUT, et al). You name it. If it's got "terror" and "tales" in it, then I'm all over it!
I've haunted these boards as a general visitor in the past and have now become an official member. I run a blog called THE GRIM READER and I have a regular feature that acts as a survey for people's horror fiction proclivities. You can see some past entries here:
Charnel Chats. Seeing as how this site is chock-full of fans of the macabre, I wanted to extend an invite to anyone interested to take part in a little session of Charnel Chats. I love hearing other people's thoughts and I'm always happy to spotlight shuddersome literature.
I've provided the questions here for convenience. You can email your responses and any questions to grimreaders@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from you and I'm happy to be on board(s)!
