Greetings to everyone here.
I was always interested in horror anthologies and enjoyed authors such as Anthony Horowitz. After lurking here, I decided to buy some Pan Books of Horror Stories due to the summaries (I'm currently reading #6, but I don't understand The Unforgiven story!) I'm interested in reading #26 based on the summaries, but I don't know when it will arrive in the mail.
I'm also interested in typing my own reviews of the Pan Horror Stories here if that's OK, but I never saw the rules about posting in old threads unless I'm mistaken.

Thanks. PBOHS #21 and 26 just arrived in the mail. I'll read them after the two others.

Which Anthony Horowitz books would you recommend? I'm a big fan of his three Horowitz Horror collections and fancy a crack at a novel or two, but there are so many, and from my understanding, some target the very young but others are for the mid-to-late teens. It's the latter i'm most interested in.
Enjoy your Pan Horrors!

The first Horowitz Horror was quite good with the characters and stories. I mostly got it for The Man with the Yellow Face even though the ending is a bit obvious.
More Horowitz Horror was mediocre IMO.
I skimmed the Stevie story from PBOH 18 and I can see why it is so well-liked! I don't understand the ending, but I'll have to read it again.
