Thought I'd post a few words on Beddabbled! 3. I'm not entirely without prejudice as I helped to design out the zine, but here is what I'm saying about B! in an editorial in the new Fanatic....
The third issue of ‘Beddabled!’ Martin Jones paean to British horror and cult cinema is the best yet. ‘Getting Wasted With the Vampires’ is the theme and rather than the Hammer love-in you might expect (unless you know Martin that is!), the articles are a highly-diverse and fascinating look at many aspects of vampire cinema and TV.
Critical yet affectionate, insightful yet accessible, this is a class act. And there is a piece of detective work from Martin that will blow the mind of any fan of British horror paperbacks.
Martin is down to the last 12 copies, so if you are interested I recommend you pull your finger out sharpish!

Hi. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase the last copy of Bedabbled ~3 from Hemlock books.....and I think its brilliant!!! I had only just recently heard about this brilliant magazine. Now I'm just kicking myself that I didn't discover it sooner and collect issues 1 and 2. I know this is a long shot (a very very long shot...) ..... but does anyone know where I'd be able to get copies of the first two issues? Or does anyone have a few extra copies they wan't to sell? I bet I already know the answer.....:-(

I realize this is a super long shot, but does anyone know if there are any copies still available of the second issue of this title, the one with the Satanic cults theme? I presume it is long out of print.
I actually enjoy Virgin Witch, mostly because I'm a huge Patricia Haines fan. Interesting too that the director was the stunt coordinator for The Avengers.

Skip Martin should have had higher billing in Horror Hospital, a not-so-guilty pleasure here. It would seem that some padding was needed to get the film out to the desired or commissioned 90 minute running time, and some of Martin's improvisatory work in scenes where he was the only actor on camera made what would have been rather dull stretches brilliantly funny.
The mag is not really my flagon of mead, but I'm glad to hear that it's back in business.
cheers, H.

Thanks for the notice. I actually have an old issue from 2012, #3, which was a lot of fun. Can't remember how I got it. Maybe should do a few scans.

Gorgeous cover. I love the name Headpress Books. I somehow thought this mag had sunk without a trace years ago but again, I am most likely misremembering.
