Hi Johnny,
I bought this book with my pocket money when it came out. I was only 10 years old, so some of the themes went a bit over my brylcreemed head.
The Oldest Story Ever Told - the stupified Jew helping the sneering Nazi - made a powerful impression on me.
Thanks for posting this and bringing back warm memories.
