NEL (1976) 2nd edition. RICHARD SILVA SCREAMED FOR REVENGE
But, like a hunting animal, he was prepared to take infinite time and trouble to stake out and kill his prey...just as his target, a sadistic and inhumanely cruel torture specialist, had taken his time in reducing Silva to a pathetic, degraded wreck in a North Vietnamese prison camp.
Now Silva, in body at least, was a free man again...but his soul was locked into an impossible vortex of vengeance. He would do anything in return for information on his quarry - and before too long someone came along who knew where he was, and where two killings needed to be done as well.
And off went Silva, clutching his gun, in a mad, spiralling chase through Paris - a chase whose outcome no-one could possibly predict.
