Here is a drawing I did the other day. Finally getting my act together and drawing and writing every day. Any feedback appreciated. and while I'm here, this is a birthday card I made for my pal, featuring The Last King Of Scotland. Just a quickie: I'm going to start printing T-shirts and greetings cards. Who'd like to wear some of my action on their chests (said the bishop to the actress)?

They put me in mind of Edwin Pouncey's punk art during his Savage Pencil phase (Sounds, cover of the Fall's ace Lie Dream Of The Casino Soul smash hit flop single, etc.) although your work is more focused on violence and neither Darren or Mugabe (?) are splattered with acne. Not sure i'd wear one on a t-shirt but that's 'cause i only go for plain black ones (notable exception; an ancient Birthday Party monstrosity circa Junkyard).

Cheers Dem. Yep, I'm a big fan of SavX. Picked up the old Knockabout Comix' "Hell On Earth" issue from charity shop the other day, which features some good early 80s work by him.
He did loads of good stuff, including the cover for the classic Blast First! compilation 'Nothing Short Of Total War'.
And that's Idi Amin, not Bobby Mugabe! Though I'm sure Robert M would be flattered by the resemblance...
