Peter Wildeblood - Victorian Scandals (Arrow, 1976) This book is based on the following scripts for the Granada Television series Victorian Scandals
Alisdair Gray - The Abode Of Love (originally titled Beloved)
Peter Prince - A Pitcher Of Snakes
Elizabeth Jane Howard - Skittles
David Yallop - The Fruits
Michael Hastings - The Frontiers Of Science
Ian Curteis - The Portland Millions Yet another TV series I've never heard of (although I believe Benny Hill parodied it in one of his later, increasingly desperate sketches?), this one starring Twiggy, Patricia Hayes and Gareth Thomas. The scandals would appear to be based on fact and I am not optimistic that any fall into the horror/ supernatural category but you never know.
