Don't forget! Pan Horror man and Black Book contributor John Main's talks to Luke Deal on Radio Suffolk today at 2pm!

I'm a bit nervous.... Right - got off the phone to the woman - they want me there at 2pm and I'm going on live at 2:20. I'm only telling you this because I wouldn't want you to suffer 20 minutes of BBC radio Suffolk. And seemingly I'll be interviewed by someone other than Luke Deal as he's on holiday. This has all the hallmarks of a classic..... And if Dem's link plays funny buggers - there's this link also. www.bbc.co.uk/suffolk/local_radio/

Cheers for that, Dr. T. I'm just downloading it, which is a relief as when I tuned in earlier all I got was a Real Player error message! Hope it went well for yer, Mr. Horror!

Charles, you've saved the day as far as I'm concerned. I listened to John's interview and recorded it, but then tried to reduce the file size in Dexter, for emailing. And I wrecked it! I'm now downloading yours. Great interview and great plug for the Black Books, Johnny!

You're a natural, Mr. Mains! What a stroke of luck to land a lapsed Guy N. Smith fan too! I bet you'd not have had a mention of The Festering out of this Luke Deal character. Loved that you managed to cover so much ground in 16 minutes - RCH, Ramsey, John Burke, Mary Danby, GNS, John Ware, Uri Gellar and The Black Book's, etc. - plus tactful description of Moodie's superlative 'Dennis Wheatley' cover. Fair play to the interviewer too, who was more sympathetic than most and his "do you ever wake up screaming?" even raised a smirk.

Thanks everyone for your kind words! Was bricking it to begin with, but the presenter fellow was nice, albiet a bit nervous as it was his first ever show (!) but he got it going on, and I enjoyed myself and probably could have gassed on for a lot longer!
Yeah, managed to cover a lot of ground though I forgot to mention my websites...
Roll on the newspaper interview today! Will try and scan a copy when it's out.....

Haven't had a chance to listen yet John, but just wanted to say more power to you. You're certainly a man on a mission and I'm well impressed with the info/authors you're digging up. Please keep up the good work for all of us!

Thanks for the link, Chas and very well done Johnny. You sounded quite relaxed! I thought the interviewer was pretty good too.
