Finally tracked down and purchased the last set. "Panic". £50 including postage which I thought was bit of a bargain.

This is a bit off topic, concerning my confusion about the right or wrong of copying material available on the Internet:
In the 1980's I sometimes borrowed LPs, and copied the music onto cassette tapes. That was a technical gadget available at the time, and I didn't reflect much over it.
Today I have all of the EC magazines in the top row of boxes, in mattofthespur's first photo, inside my computor! Plus the early issues of MAD. Not sure if I will find time to read all of them, but they're fun to dip into! Lots of totally atrocious horror, and brilliant artwork.
I have also burned music onto blank CD discs. But this is a different matter. It gives me a sense of guilt! I don't mind copying old stuff, from dead artists, whose work is more or less in the public domain. But the newer. . . Hmmm. It is music which I don't find sufficiently interesting, or whose official cover art I don't find attractive enough, to want to buy on CD. Some of these recordings I may buy on official CD later, if I become emotionally attached to the music. I will never be able to re-sell and make second-hand money from these burned CDs. People borrow books and music at the library, and that's not a problem. But burning CDs causes a sense of guilt. Perhaps it is because there has been a general public discussion about this being theft.

Just picked up the Two Fisted Tales boxset - it's tremendous! Will watch out for Frontline Combat box next.

Frontline Combat was one of the hardest to track down when I was building the set. That and the Panic set were the last two I got.

Issue 4 of THE VAULT OF HORROR is a 1991 reprint that does not correspond to the first print publications. Do you know which EC title and issue originally used this cover artwork?

No, I wonder where that cover illustration was printed first. Unless Johnny Craig did the cover exclusively for the 1991 reprint, which I doubt. He lived until 2001, so it's not impossible I guess. But the style is still all 50s and sharp.

It seems the picture in my original post was not visible. I have tried to fix it now.

For the record, that Craig cover presents a story in the same issue, "Staired ... in Horror!", by the great Graham Ingels.

Now it has appeared. Hm. In the last weeks I noticed that the links of the forum sometimes don't work properly for my browser. Always thought this is a problem at my end of the line, now I wonder.
Nowadays I use different hosts on different days. After Image BB was a few days off-line I feared another Phot*fuc* distaster.
So Gladstone and Cochran are different editions? Good to know.
