Illustrated pale green borders, pictures of brown wolves, wood cutter. Small thin book.
Its an absolutely horrific 'terrify the small' book where the wolves eat the wood cutters wife and he kills them with an axe. How it escaped the maternal censorship I'll never know. And probably never will as I've given the sleuth team next to nothing
