It's finally ready. The new edition of Victorian Tales of Terror. Out of print for 43 years, Hugh's third anthology now comes with the addition of an extra story, originally planned for the first edition, as well as a new introduction. I have kept everything that was in the original. At the moment, due to issues with Amazon, it is only available in paperback. Available on Amazon: Amazon UKAmazon US

Thanks Richard. Have updated Victorian Tales of Terror thread. My guess as to why Hugh dropped C. Housman's The Were-wolf is that Brian J. Frost had only recently revived it in The Werewolf Book. Either that, or W. H. Allen wouldn't allow him another 45 pages of book!

I had wondered about it being a matter of page count, but I hadn't realised that the story was included in another anthology around the same time. Fascinating stuff. Thanks for passing that on!
