Anthony Vercoe was another of Christine Campbell Thomson's Not At Night crew about whom I've been unable to find anything. Flies, reprinted in Pan #1 originally appeared in the eighth Not At Night volume, Grim Death (1932), and that was his solitary contribution to the series (and, possibly, weird fiction). At least it was a good one.
Heather Vineham had stories in the final five Fontana Ghost volumes so Chetwynd-Hayes probably offers some more biographical notes about her in his introductions (they're out of reach on the top shelf, otherwise I'd check). I rate her The Rock Garden highly.

Besides the Fontana books, Heather Vineham had a story in the 23rd Pan Horror - The Daughter of the House.
Do you want more Vs? Or do these have to be Pan Horror/Dark Voices authors?
Geoffrey Vace, Four Doomed Men, Still Not At Night Joan Vatsek (in a couple of early Hitchcock anthologies) Charles Veley, Children of the Dark (novel) A Hyatt Verrill, Plague of the Living Dead Tim Vicary, Guest Room in Frighteners 2 Pamela Vincent, Mr Priapos, Fontana Ghost 8, plus others in [Ghost 6 and i]Frighteners[/i] E H Visiak, The Cutting (possibly not horror) in Thrills (one of those massive Gawsworth books).

Just doing trying to research the Pan authors at the moment, Rog. That's hard enough!
