I don't think there's anything too serious here - certainly nothing more than perhaps a bit of a misunderstanding. I know that we all respect each others opinions and ideas, everyone here contributes something; I'm sure that we all respect Rog for the work he's done on Filthy Creations & I'm sure we all wish Coral the best with her new creation and will help and support her all we can.

I can tell what the problem is here.... THE VAULT IS TOO NICE!!!! The pleasant, easy going atmosphere is such that even a slight clash of opinions, etc contrasts with the usual everyday goings on and thus seems much worse than it is.
That's what I think anyway (as one of the characters in the cartoon 'Victor and Hugo' used to say)

There's nothing at all wrong with a clash of opinions - like I said, you can't please all of the people all of the time. I have noticed as a relative newbie here (yeah, I know I'm already a Devil's Coach Horse, but I haven't really been here long - I just talk too much!) that when ever there's a slight disagreement, there's a tendency to jump in with an immediate apology. In my humble opinion, that's not necessary. It would be a boring world indeed if we all agreed with each other. The nice thing about this forum is that we can all offer our opinions in a civilised manner. I have a nerdy hobby of collecting autographs (  ) and on some of the autograph forums I use (or, rather, have stopped using as they got far too aggressive), it got to the stage where no-one could offer alternative suggestions/viewpoints or they'd get a tremendous amount of abuse. I'm absolutely certain that would never happen here, but we definitely shouldn't worry about offering suggestions and alternative viewpoints. That's one of the good things about being involved in an internet community like this. Sermon over!  |

I'd just like to say that I have the greatest respect for everyone here... but having said that, you can all just f**K off..! If nothing else, this thread has proved that the board will let me write "fucked registry" and let it through the profanity screeners, but won't let Steve use that word.  |

There was a board I used to post on which wouldn't let you type 'arsehole' or 'shit', but anything else was fine! Imagine the internet in the 1300's. The blocker would have to concentrate on religious swears instead... |
