Didn't seem like this already had a thread on here Sorry for the tiny cover image! Anyway, seems like an interesting, eclectic mix of horror stories. The title of the introductory essay makes it sound like it's SJ's attempt at reviving the Not At Nights. Haven't read this or almost any of the stories (not even "Needing Ghosts". . .need to fix that) 9 • Introduction: More Not at Night (Keep Out the Night) • essay by Stephen Jones 13 • Invasion from Inferno • (1937) • novelette by Hugh B. Cave 37 • The Viaduct • non-genre • (1976) • short story by Brian Lumley 51 • Spindleshanks (New Orleans, 1956) • (2000) • short story by Caitlín R. Kiernan? 61 • Homecoming • (1975) • short story by Sydney J. Bounds 67 • Feeders and Eaters • (2002) • short story by Neil Gaiman 75 • Nothing of Him That Doth Fade • (2000) • short story by Poppy Z. That sounds like it would be the much superior version, since the inclusion of "Tight Little Stitches in a Dead Man's Back" tends to improve any collection immeasurably.
