Brian Lumley - Vampire World 3: Blood Wars (Necroscope 8) (Penguin, 1994, posted edition Tor Books, 1995, 760 pages) Bob Eggleton A year after the last volume Lumley finished his trilogy with this novel, which again is a doorstopper and nearly as long as King's The Stand. The trilogy has - if you take the American paperback edition - 2100 pages. More pages than many writers produced in their whole lives.
