Edward Lee - The Black Train (Leisure Books, 2009, 340 pages)  This is basically the same as the 2007 novel Gast, one of those limited edition novels,just a little bit rewritten according to the writer. Two years later Leisure went belly-up, and American Mass Market horror paperbacks were history.
