It's Halloween, so, how much horror fiction related news has made it into your local paper?
Can you beat the Mid-Wales Journal? The latest edition has a report on Guy N. Smith's new book - The Cadaver, and the news that Tina Rath will be doing a reading at the Judge's Lodging, Presteigne (Oct 30th).

East End Life has a photo of Jamie lee Curtis looking pensive on the TV Week page. That's it. Halloween is too politically incorrect to be mentioned in Tower Hamlets, where Respect Party goon squads scour the streets looking to bash anyone who even looks like they might have watched Creep on the box the other week .... Tina Rath will be doing a reading at the Judge's Lodging, Presteigne (Oct 30th). I hope you're going, Dr. T? Another of your wonderful minimalist reviews! Please!

'Fraid I can't make it. I wonder if the Judge's Lodging is anything like his house. Phil Rickman was in the paper the other week, as well. It's a hotbed of horror round here.
