Would it help if I said they were linked to M.R. James? There is your clue. You can work out what I'm talking about from it. I had to google that connection, as I'd never heard of those stories. You should be very pleased to have confounded a Librarian Priestess! Then I'd say that M.R. James would be the perfect place to put your post(s). Well it's only one really. It's a link to a site with translations. They are very short. If you want I will be quiet happy to let you have all the glory of setting up the thread. I'm not someone who looks for glory, I'm happy to share out the work. Lotus flower.

What's the lowest amount of views a thread has ever gotten? I think I will be able to beat it.

I just realised I know nothing of the technical workings of this site, being new. So it looks like it's up to you after all. I have complete Faith in you. You will be pleased to know.

Do you think it would make it more interesting for the average reader if I included the original Latin?

Even I managed to figure it out; what if you want to start more threads than this one?
Just go to (I assume) Ghosts & Scholars/Haunted Library & click on "Create Thread" at the top right. Put what you want to put & click "Create Thread" at the bottom right & Bob's your uncle as they say....

Where is the main M. R. James? There is the section up to 1914, but the James text which is only the Latin was published in 1922. It's tricky to know where to place this.

Deleted one now.
