Anyone know where, or if, this short story has been collected.
It's my favourite episode of the (new) Outer Limits (1995) and I would love to be able to read the original story.

The usual google tricks turn up nothing - I suspect the story was written specifically for Outer Limits (Lewis was executive producer on the series) and has never been published in book form.
