Neil Pettigrew deserves our eternal gratitude for not only reviving the Paperback & Pulp Fair, but organising two in the same calendar year - the first time it's happened far as I'm aware? New venue is intimate without being claustrophobic and there's the added bonus of an adjoining ephemera fair to investigate (more books). Fair chance an assortment of House of Fanatic, Worlds Of Strangeness, various Vault & Co. will be in attendance. Who knows what you'll find, who you might meet? Still undecided? Reports on the most recent P & P fairs (ie., since their revival). April 30 2017October 30 2016

It sounds marvelous. If I were looking over the white cliffs of Dover, I'd plan to be there.
The only danger is that I might just PASS OUT from being in the presence of all that fabulosity and I'm a lot of American to scoop off the floor and shove into a cab.
Sending all best wishes for the success of the event!
cheers, H.

A week tomorrow! Skintitude bites deep. Which of the Vault rag-tag army will show up this time? Nobody knows!

With its customary consumate timing Network Rail has again chosen this weekend of all weekends to wreak havoc with the trains in my neck of the woods with their %*&^$(*? engineering works. But Cromagnonman laughs in the face of such trials and tribulations. Indeed, he breaks wind in their general direction. He will brave the perils of a hundred rail replacement bus services to be present for the biannual Vault sabat in Bloomsbury tomorrow.
As ever, just look for the dishevelled figure in distressed archaeologists chic loitering furtively in the vicinity of the por discerning gentleman's entertainment.

I'm anticipating getting there sometime after midday - hope to see a few regulars and catch the odd bargain or two.

I shall be there. 5 past 6 rail replacement coach goes straight to Liverpool street, so should be there fairly early (may investigate Camden first) and should see it out til the end. Should look a bit less ropey this time(bringing one of my suits out of retirement + trilby, so just look for the 1930s gangster:)).

I guess most of us read "The Man Who Collected Barker".
