We've given 'em a trial run, now, as promised, YOUR chance to vote in the one THEY're all talking about!

I find myself indifferent on this issue. Come to think of it, why not add an "is indifferent to" button?

Your suggestion has been noted, and an "is indifferent to" option will be included in any future poll. An "is indifferent to" BUTTON is, sadly, way beyond my limited coding abilities.
Give me strength

As much as I'm not against the 'Like' button per-se, I'd still prefer neither. I despise the 'Dislike' button with a vengeance and I make a point of sneering at it at least once a day. I think I'd prefer if people 'Like' something to actually take the trouble to post that they 'Like' it rather than simply hitting a button. Encourages laziness I think. I've tried the 'Like' button a few times so that I could say 'see, I tried it...', but I'd like to get rid. Sorry.

...oh and, I 'Liked' your 1st post here dem by pressing the 'Like' button(of course). Just thought I'd best tell you in person, you know, so I don't look lazy or anything!

Phew! You do realise that, should it remain this way, come Oct 9th we will be saying goodbye to both! Not for nothing does this forum have a reputation for nerve-shredding suspense.

Ditch them both. They make me lazy - on other sites, I tend to click on like/dislike as an alternative to actively contributing.

Are we going to have opinion polls, a panel of experts and a swingometer?

The nations have spoken, admittedly about something else, and, by my interpretation of the results, we wave a not very fond farewell to the DISLIKE button, while LIKE earns a stay of execution? Is that right? If so, will disable the dislike button as soon as I remember how to.

I'll have so much more time on my hands now that I don't have to sit glaring at dislike buttons.

The DISLIKE button is no more!
Unless somebody starts a poll to bring it back ....

I notice that you didn't include a 'Do Not Press This Button' Button. I'd have pressed it if you had, though.
