Never mind the Hot Blood series, the Eleventh Black Book Of Horror includes no less than three strong contenders for this thread, but will leave you to discover them for yourselves.

Yet more mangled penis action. Eddy C. Bertin - Belinda's Coming Home!: "I just wanted to wanted to write a real nasty story" explains the author in this notes at back of The Whispering Horror. Take it from me, Mr. B., you succeeded. Samantha Lee - Iron Maiden: Burlesque dancer gears up to test extreme rape deterrent on suitable candidate. Original to the paperback edition of Back From The Dead (Black Shuck, 2016). The original hardcover contains significantly different content.

What a nasty thread. Also the classic illustration of just how compulsively readable I find the Vault.

Eggbeater - Saul Bailey (Splatterpunk’s Not Dead! ed. Jack Bantry, 2016)
Dale Earle Ray is better known as “eggbeater” owing to the fact that he has one instead of a penis. His sexual awakening is somewhat convoluted and messy, and involves the ministrations of Lisa-May, the MILFish baking fanatic across the street.
A lot of the stuff that comes out under the label “Splatterpunk” is wretched and excessive but this bizarre little story is a worthwhile read. Probably the most feel-good story one can imagine given the premise.

The Numbers Game - Bentley Little (Hot Blood: Deadly After Dark, 1994)
Mathematicians at the NSA uncover a series of numbers which cause an instant strong sexual response in anyone (or thing) who sees them. Relevant here for the researcher in the beginning who jams his Jim-Jam into a computer’s port and gets a nasty shock.
Very Cronenberg—less so in the intersection of technology and sex as much as in the labyrinth of double crosses (shades of Scanners!)
