Hope you don't mind having a Yank on board. I've a great interest in the horror genre, Charles Birkin being my literary idol (as both author and editor). I've done my best to follow in his footsteps by editing a dozen or so anthologies and some five-dozen single-author collections and novels. Somewhere along the lines I've found time to scribble a tale or three. I hope no one minds if I resurrect some older topics that I may have a bit of additional info on.
I do hope creating a new thread to say "hello" is the proper form, if not, the moderator may certainly feel free to delete this.
Cheers,
John Pelan

Yes indeed - welcome! I'd count all the books I have edited by you on my shelves but it would take too long. I am, however, in the middle of the massive Cemetery Dance two volume CENTURY OF HORROR fiction right at the moment. And my bedside table has yet to collapse under the weight!

Hi John, nice to see you! I think there are a few yanks on board, and a few other nationalities.

Thanks for (re)registering John, and I hope you enjoy your time here.
Thanks also for the Peter Haining/ Anthony R. Rud info.
