Robert Bloch-"It's A Small World"- Amazing Stories, March 1944; reprinted in Volume 2 of The Lost Bloch (a signed limited edition), 2000. (Among other things, a shrunken woman gets tied to the tracks of an electric train set. She also gets hung on a Christmas tree, wearing nothing but the ribbon she's hanging from.) That Bloch story sounds particularly good. Bloch even managed to put some Lovecraftian references into this story.

Technically not a story about shrunken people, but still a fun read: Henry Slesar-"Bottle Baby"- Fantastic Science Fiction, April 1957. (A foot-tall female alien comes to Earth because she wants to have sex with an Earthman. [She can temporarily enlarge herself to 5'4".] But she never gets any farther than kissing a man before someone else (wife, boss, secretary) comes into the room and she has to shrink and hide.) Two bizarre things about this story: 1. The two interior illustrations are a man giving a nude woman a piggyback ride in public, and department store mannequins coming to life. But neither of these things happens in the story! 2. Supposedly the 1958 film Terror from the Year 5000 was adapted from this story. I haven't seen the film, but I know that the female alien in it is a hideous mutant who is so radioactive that her touch is deadly to Earthlings. Whereas in the original story the female alien is a beautiful woman (a beauty contest winner) whose only "threat" to Earthlings is her biting people who poke her. (And her libido.)
