The Cults book lacks the urgency of DWiB, which tells us in no uncertain terms that black magic was a national crisis that needed to be dealt with seriously by the authorities (probably on a par with rabies, flooding and Dungeons & Dragons)!
Of those I've read, The Devil in the Suburbs is probably closest in 'enthusiasm' to Devil Worship In Britain. They so ought to be compiled into an omnibus edition.
