OMEN IV THE AWAKENING of course, wasn't the film version of OMEN IV ARMAGEDDON 2000. The film is awful. The book has at least one good death scene I can remember even now, where a chap gets trapped against the wheel of a jumbo jet as it's coming in to land.
Gordon McGill also gave us OMEN V THE ABOMINATION, which is a classic example of flogging a dead antichrist idea. All I can remember about it is that it starts with quite a lot of actual poo, and ends with...but that would be telling.
Mr McGill seemed to specialise in novelisations of 1980s crap like AMITYVILLE 3D as well.

It's the air-hostess, all smiles as she waves him to his horrific doom that does it. Gordon McGill's Amityville 3-D is a blur, but I seem to have been quite taken with it at the time.
