Rue Morgue is sooooooo good.
My only complaints are the music and video game sections. And some of the fashion stuff. It's all metal and no class (and very predictable).
But the writing is excellent when they stick to their forte, the horror movie. Always interesting, and nicely put together.
Sadly, very expensive and hard to buy over here, and I move too often to make a subscription work. Still, highly recommended.

There's a review of The Fourth Black Book of Horror in Rue Morgue 92.

I've just bought Issue 92 from the Cinema Store in London & I wouldn't rush to read the BB4 review if I were you.
On a lighter note, for some reason I'm mentioned in that issue too, (In an article about Ash Tree Press, next to a little colour picture of Coffin Nails!)

I've just bought Issue 92 from the Cinema Store in London & I wouldn't rush to read the BB4 review if I were you. They didn't get someone who hates horror to review it again, did they? Let me see - someone probably looked at the cover and thought it was a medical book!

Issue 92 still hasn't reached the wilds of Dundee yet.

Apart from Paul Finch's story, the reviewer pretty much hated it.

Ah, well, I can console myself with the thought that, my local Borders being a bit crap, I won't actually see it any time soon... and if I didn't see it, it didn't happen.
