anyone a fan of these?
i can remember reading 'a wolf in shadow' on a plane to australia and loved it, 'bloodstone' was also excellent.
thoughts??

Got most and read every Gemmel book except the two about Troy.
All his novels are good. My fave is King Beyond the Gate.
My second fave is Legend.
The Jon Shannow books are ok...but his sword and sorcery novels are better.

'quest for lost heros' is probably my favourite gemmell book although'waylander' was also excellent.

Only just spotted this thread! Big fan of Gemmell, and I really enjoyed Jon Shannow, but I have to admit my favourite book of his is Knights of Dark Renown. I feel it tends to get overlooked, what with Druss and all, but every time I read it I get something fresh from it.

can't remember if i've read 'knights of dark renown'... i'll have a look fort he blurb and then get back to the thread!
edit-the cover looks awfully familiar but i can't remember the book at all!! i'll have to see if my brother in law has it and have a read.
