If you're taking additions to your list, Spiderweb was also printed by Phantom Books (Australia) in 1955.

The Scarf was reprinted in digest form as "The Scarf of Passion" in Avon Monthly Novel 9 in 1948 also in Avon Special NN 1952. Paperback, Avon 211 in 1949. Back as "The Scarf" in Fawcett d1727 1966.
Strange Eons Pinnacle Books 1979.
Night-World Fawcett M1845 1972.
Yours Truely, Jack the Ripper Pulphouse Short Story Paperbacks 1991
That's all I could dig up at the moment. I know I have a different copy of "Bloch & Bradbury" than what's listed, but can't lay hands on it.
