Horror indeed! It is a momentous occasion to have a scan of that photo posted here, since it was the cause of rather lively discussion some years ago on this thread (or another one?).
One may speculate upon the motivations of whomever chose to include that photograph in the new edition... perhaps it were best to draw a veil.

I did have a very disturbing nightmare on Friday night, luckily not about the nearly-bare M.P. Dare. It's actually his leer that scares me. |
