As if I didn't have enough to do... I'm now undertaking a website for John Burke - which will hopefully have scans of every book he's produced under all of his different names. Some sections are done - after tomorrow if you see any book scans that are not there - that means I've exhausted my pile of books - so if you have any scans you can pass on - it would be greatly appreciated. Have a look round, hope you like the place!! Will be getting a domain name for it soon - so this is just on the holding site for now: johnburkeauthor.moonfruit.com/#/welcome/4531193905cheers Johnny

Just so I don't keep on banging on about visiting the John Burke website - (you had a good look yet Dem?) I thought I'd share this lovely morsel with you that comes from a Pan catalogue dated Jan '67.

I'll tell you, John. It is so difficult to have a good look because of that infernal flash - the pages are huge! I've had gateway time outs, bloody connection cut outs - is there any way you can do a html alternative for us dial-up dinosaurs? You're sure to get more readers with faster loading pages!

Whisper it gently but, their recent oh so appreciated "improvements" to service notwithstanding, Or*ng* and me are finally about to bid each other a tearful goodbye, hopefully as soon as mid-November. Not only have they killed rog, monkey and my sites, their dial up service is actually more expensive than most name companies' unlimited broadband! Let's see if "i live too far from an exchange" to have this speedy broadband stuff then, shall we?
