David Campton - A Posthumous Bequest . I love this man's work!
Cold Spell - Mary Danby (ed.), Fontana Horror 13, (1980)
Actually, this one (Cold Spell) was by David Langford - another writer whose work I enjoy. I really, really love Campton's work and a million thanks for bringing my attention to the story that appeared in All Hallows #5. Now I just have to find it! Mr. Happy

Actually, this one (Cold Spell) was by David Langford - another writer whose work I enjoy. I really, really love Campton's work and a million thanks for bringing my attention to the story that appeared in All Hallows #5. Now I just have to find it! Mr. Happy yet another example of my unparalleled genius for bibliography! thanks for setting me straight, mr. happy. 'fraid i don't have the issue of All Hallows but Do There Embrace is by him and it is in there! I forgot all about this, but he also wrote adaptations of Polidori's The Vampyre and Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1986) as part of Hutchinson's 'Fleshcreepers' series for children (other titles include Blood From The Mummies Tomb: also Campton's work?). The series editor, Hamlyn legend John Squelch Halkin, no less, provides a short introduction to The Vampyre, and there's a nice dedication from Mr. Campton, To the doctors, nurses and staff of Ward 17 of the Leicester General Hospital, who put me together in time to finish this book.
