Has this already appeared? PS Publishing's most recent newsletter ,from the end of last week, said that they were sending copies to their mailing unit the next day. So presumably copies should start being sent out around now. Assuming they haven't all been accidentally loaded into a photo-booth. I'm probably going to grab the ebook version via Amazon. Mark

Thanks for the info.
This is Ebook only for me, I am not interested in the expensive special limited printing with virgin-skin edition. If the print will be shipped soon, I have to check A*m*n, until now it wasn't listed.

For those who are interested, it is finally avaible as a Kindle. As far as I could see, Amazon only sells this as an Ebook. No print is announced.
