Have just signed with Shadow (all thanks to the Vault). I'm very excited. My deadline for completing everything is next September but I'm aiming for sooner. Great news!

And we have a title: The Black Pilgrimage and Other Explorations. Congratulations. About non-fiction, on this website I wrote that Richard Dalby mentioned to me that he had written a book-length index to every writer of supernatural stories. However, he was unable to find a publisher for it. I've read about his non-use of computer technology etc, so the index probably exists as a typed manuscript. While it would be dated in that the majority of writers are no longer with us, I'd still like it to see the light of day.

Here at Shadow Publishing, I've begun work on the cover design for The Black Pilgrimage, while Ro Pardoe is working hard on editing and collating the material for the book. More information on this exciting project to follow in due course.Shadow Publishing

Making very good progress too. I think there'll be 46 essays/articles in all, most of which will have undergone some revision and expansion since their first appearance.

I asked Richard Dalby's Libary about the above and was told "I have seen some correspondence about that index he wanted to do but not any evidence of it existing yet. His paper work fills the whole kitchen now in over a 100 boxes, which will be a massive undertaking to sort though at some point". In relation to another enquiry I was told that I could come to the premises and do a search myself! We should organise a field trip to: richarddalbyslibrary.com/

I'd like it to see the light of day also.
