Cool to see mention of Reggie Oliver here. I am not at all up to date with current horror, but on a whim earlier this year purchased a small press volume entitled Soliloquy for Pan. I have read the stories very slowly--the one that has impressed me most, thus far, is Mr. Oliver's atmospheric meditation "The Maze at Huntsmere." Would love to read more of his work.

Hi Helrunar, thanks for registering and I hope you enjoy your time with us. Reggie Oliver kindly donated a story to our 2014 Advent Calendar. You can download it HERE (you'll need to be logged in to do so). Well worth the effort, I assure you.

Oh wow. Thanks! I'll have to look on the site for the other calendars, if you edited ones for other years.
Best,
Helrunar

Golly Dem Bones, that is an incredible treasure-trove of goodies. I was impressed to see that the legendary Mary Danby contributed a story one year, and there are a number of other names of the great and good enumerated amongst the "newish" contributors.
Of course the old stuff truly warms the diseased cockles of my heart scarab. I kindled to see T. F. Powys included one year. My late friend Marc, a truly dedicated eccentric collector of 78 rpm records and other esoterica, was a huge fan of TFP and eventually, all things Dorset related.
I look forward to further divagations into the darksome realms!
