I like it. This should catch some attention - which, after all, is one of the main purposes of a book cover. Would have looked at home on any number of 70's anthologies. The nurse looks like an escapee from an EC horror comic.
Paul Mudie has triumphed again.
Well done Charles. I look forward to seeing this.
David
PS The surgeon wasn't by any chance modelled on a Vault member, was he?

Cheers Johnny. Cheers Chas. Cheers Mr Mudie. I love this one. David's right, although I think the whole thing has a tongue in cheek EC feel. Marvellous.

Congratulations, Charles.
Another fantastic cover from Mr Mudie.
(Sighs) Mr Paypal will be knocking on Mortbury Towers' door again very soon, I fear.
Let us know more please! Tocs and release dates...

Yes! It's a beauty. Really eye catching. You think reviewers will cotton on to the idea there are horror stories in it this time? Can wait to get a copy.

Brilliant stuff! Paul Mudie's really let go this time. It's funny and it's horrible, and it tells anyone who sees it that what they're going to be reading won't be NICE.

PS The surgeon wasn't by any chance modelled on a Vault member, was he? Never mind the surgeon. I'm wondering which of our wretched victims that savagely severed head belonged to. And yes, wonderfully E. C. Moody has done a commendable job on all four covers - I think you bring the very best out of him, Dr. Terror.

That nurse looks very happy in her work, doesn't she?

Sorry, Steve, I'm not going to announce the contents just yet. There's still time for some of the writers to realise what a bastard I am and pull their story!
Oh and I f**kin' love this cover; it's my favourite so far. And Dem have no fear there are no goblins or elves, yes, some holidays but not boring ones. This is a HORROR anthology!
If things go well, I'm aiming for a March release, April at the latest. So, those of you here who are in this one I hope to get in touch with you about your stories in the next week or two.

Oh that cover is lovely - just lovely. I'm so sorry I didn't have anything to sub this time but sadly the real world got in the way. This will look marvellous on the shelf next to the others.
