I never knew that there was a new Fear. It came back late 2012/ early 2013 and stuck around for at least four issues - Parallel Universe Publications received quality coverage in Fear #38 (Oct. 2016): See David A. Riley's Blog. Sadly the Fear website has since disappeared, so could be we're back at square one.

The official comeback issue, available for free download at the time (to best of my knowledge, it was preceded by a 20 page 'Special collectors edition' the previous month). The second one sounds like Edward Lee. Not a novel or story I remember, I stopped reading his boring obsessions a long a time ago, but pregnant woman, rape, etc. Sure sounds like Lee.
